What You need
Marriage License Information
Las Vegas Luv Bug Weddings facilitates legal marriages or renewal of vows for legal marriages as do all Las Vegas wedding chapels. Getting married in Las Vegas has been a streamlined process since the 1940’s. For legal marriages, you will need to obtain a Nevada Marriage License from the Clark County Marriage Bureau in downtown Las Vegas. Both Bride and Groom must appear in person and present government-issued photo ID to purchase the license. For renewals, no documentation is required, just let us know how many years you are celebrating!
The Clark County Marriage Bureau is located at 201 E. Clark Ave, on the corner of Third Ave and Clark Ave. To streamline the process, you may want to fill out your information online before going to the Marriage Bureau. Their pre-application can be found HERE. The county’s fee for the marriage license is $102, and they accept cash, credit cards, traveler’s check or money orders. Debit cards are not accepted unless they can be run as a credit card, and all credit transactions carry an additional fee.
If you need assistance with an Apostille, or with expedited recording of your marriage documents, we can help with that as well. For an additional fee, we can record your marriage next business day, or for our international couples, submit your certificate for the Apostille paperwork. Just inquire upon booking or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Getting married in Las Vegas does not have to be complicated or difficult, let us help you find your perfect wedding solution.
