Your Vegas NFR Wedding For 2018
Here at Luv Bug Weddings, we look forward every year to NFR, or National Finals Rodeo, hosted by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA). Scheduled in early December of each year, the rodeo finalists from all over the country congregate in Las Vegas for the finals competitions in rodeo events. Followed by over 43 million fans, NFR is a really big deal nationwide, and a really big deal in Las Vegas.
We have been privileged to celebrate with so many couples who chose us to facilitate their NFR Vegas Wedding while they were in town for the rodeo. Whether you choose to have your wedding on the Las Vegas Strip, out at the Valley of Fire, or Nelson Ghost Town, we would Luv to help you plan your cowboy wedding.

The 2018 NFR schedule will run from December 6th through December 15th, with a majority of the competitions being held at the Thomas & Mack Sports Arena at UNLV, and ancillary competitions and expos at venues such as Cowboy Christmas or the Southpoint Hotel Casino, which has a fully-equipped equestrian center.
The first half of December brings a sea of cowboy hats, boots, and belt buckles which is a welcome sight here in Las Vegas.
We really enjoy planning NFR weddings because our couples are always down-to-earth, and a lot of fun to work with. We have done December ceremonies at the Welcome to Las Vegas Sign, mid-Strip near the Eiffel Tower, out at the Valley of Fire State Park, and Nelson Ghost Town. Not only does Vegas offer resorts, gambling, and world-class dining, but it has some of the most beautiful, natural desert areas as well.

If you would like rustic desert charm, with aged barn wood and vintage vehicles staged in a remote setting, the a Nelson Ghost Town Wedding ceremony might be for you. Just outside the Las Vegas Valley, and not far from the Colorado River is a unique spot hosted by Eldorado Canyon Mine tours. They have two open barns and several small out-buildings and dozens of cars and trucks planted in the desert that make for some amazing photos.

If you prefer a more natural setting for your NFR Wedding ceremony, then a Valley of Fire Wedding cannot be compared to any other option. The fiery red sand and rock with soft tan limestone accents creates a beauty that is unmatched for any other Las Vegas Wedding venue.
Just north of Las Vegas the Valley of Fire State Park holds 40,000 acres of desert beauty that create stunning photos and an amazing atmosphere for your wedding day that you will find nowhere else.

Whichever wedding venue you choose, we would be happy to help you plan your special day. We have all-inclusive packages for Las Vegas Strip Weddings starting at $399, and all-inclusive desert wedding packages starting at $999. We can help with hair and makeup, transportation, and fresh floral bouquets if you would like as well.
